INJECTION MOLDING

Ever wondered how Batman gets all those muscles to protect Gotham City? It’s through a process called injection molding. Plastic pellets are melted and injected into a Batman shape mold. Once the mold is full, the plastic cools down and hardens. Then, Batman is removed from the mold and ready to jump into action to fight crime! Try making a mold using chocolate! It’s fun and yummy!
